First, Terry has a tremendous amount of experience in her field. We could tell from the beginning this is the person we wanted to work with to sell us our house. She is bright, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated to her work. There was never a doubt she was always looking out for our best interest. Many times throughout the process we were having a difficult time getting the house ready to sell or becoming overly nostalgic but Terry was always there with her unwavering support. I have come in contact with many different realtors over the years but non come close to her ability as a professional or caring individual. Terry started out as our realtor. I knew absolutely nothing about buying a house and thank god I didn't need to because Terry knows everything and helped me out beyond words. When the house I eventually bought came up for sale, we checked it out and had a deal done in a week. Without her killer negotiating skills I would have over paid for sure.
